Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services Agreement with the City of Lavon. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2018 and continuing through and including September 30, 2019 at a cost to the City of $3,150.00 for Animal Control Services and $3,100.00 for Animal Shelter Services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 12 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Animal Control Services and Animal Shelter Services with the City of Lavon, AGR 10107-09, to set the rate for FY2019 to be effective October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sl
