Department Action

James and Amy Clough, owners of lot 11 is seeking to subdivide lot 11 into two lots, lot 11A and 11B. Lot 11A will be 5.00 acres and Lot 11B will be 5.00 acres. The replat does meet the county’s subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the Lakeridge Farms subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.

1) Hold Public Hearing for the Replat of Lots 11A and 11B of the Lakeridge Farms Subdivision,
2) Consider Approval of Replat of Lots 11A and 11B of the Lakeridge Farms Subdivision.
