FYI to Commissioners' Court for Change Order No. 3 to Denco Construction Specialists, IFB No. 2017-273, Collin County Adventure Camp Trail Rehabilitation. Owner and YMCA requested add to use remaining funds for Trail Repair to add culverts and stockpile material for maintaining trails. The Budget for Trail Repair was set per Court Order 2014-864-11-10 to extend the YMCA Management Agreement. Once this change order is completed there will be $3,840.00 remaining in the Budget. This change order was previously approved by the County Administrator per Court Order No. 2007-180-02-27. We request a budget amendment in the amount of $24,415.00 from Program Contingency to Building Improvements for this change order.
