Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Courts authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the following firms to provide right-of-way acquisition services. These firms will be utilized to acquire right-of-way for various transportation projects on an as needed basis.

Wood Environmental and Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.
Overland, Pacific and Cutler, LLC

Our recommendation is based on the evaluation of RFP’s submitted and our past working experience with these firms or their designated staff.

We will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding this matter.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP 2018-310, Right of Way Acquisition Consultant, to the highest evaluated offerors per the attached documentation. Further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the services agreement. MD

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

Award of RFP 2018-310 Right of Way Acquisition Consultant. Funding is budgeted within needed projects on an as needed basis.

Auditor's Office Action
