Information Technology is requesting Commissioners Court to approve Appsian (formally Grey Heller) to be awarded the PeopleSoft Firewall contract (Budgeted) based on their expertise and sole-source documentation.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding 1) approval to sole source GreyHeller, LLC dba Appsian as the sole source provider for Peoplesoft ERP Firewall per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A). and 2) approval of award of Contract No. 2019-083, Peoplesoft ERP Firewall to Grey Heller, LLC dba Appsian per the attached documentation and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh

Budgeted funds available for the award of the PeopleSoft Firewall to Appsian. First year funding to come from the FY 2018 adopted project and future year maintenance to be included in the county wide maintenance. General Fund (0001).

Declare GreyHeller, LLC dba Appsian as the sole source provider for Peoplesoft ERP Firewall and grant an exemption from the competitive bid process per V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(A), approval to award Peoplesoft ERP Firewall (Contract No. 2019-083) to GreyHeller LLC dba Appsian and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the Software License Agreement, Information Technology.
