CO 1- Owner requested add to install additional outlets in the Arena and Concession areas. These outlets were left out of the original base bid due to budget concerns. Now that most of the install is complete these funds can be used to add these outlets. This change order was previously approved by the County Administrator per Court Order No. 2007-180-02-27.
