Department Action

The plat for The Hills of Lone Star Phase 3/Hollyns Cove Pond subdivision was approved by court on October 27, 2014. The infrastructure was completed according to current county specifications and inspected by county Engineering and Public Works’ staff. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period on October 14, 2015. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by Engineering and Public Works. Once approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached to show which portion of Hollyns Cove is up for maintenance consideration. We request Commissioner Court consideration of approval to accept the portion of Hollyns Cove that is within Phase 3 of the Hills of Lone Star/Hollyns Cove Pond, for further County Maintenance.
