Department Action

The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was approved by The City of McKinney and filed on August 5, 2016. The infrastructure was completed according to the City of McKinney specifications, which are greater than Collin County specifications. The development was inspected by The City of McKinney and the Collin County Public Works staff. The effective beginning date of the maintenance bond was August 5, 2016 and ended on August 4, 2018. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff. Once approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached. The Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff recommend approval to accept the roads within the Timberridge development (City of McKinney ETJ Subdivision) for county maintenance.
