Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an extension of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Wylie for Environmental Services for a one (1) year period commencing on October 1, 2018 and continuing through and including September 30, 2019.

Payment is based on current population estimate of 49,500 residents x $.80 per resident. The City of Wylie has requested that Collin County continue to provide Environmental Services within the city limits of Wylie.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement for Environmental Services between Collin County and City of Wylie for the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh
