This is notification to establish a revised match budget for the FY 2018/2019 Community Mental Health Program grant in the amount of $42,532. The budget is for the period July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019. The contract was accepted on court order 2018-874-10-08.

I respectfully request that the sum of $40,132 be transferred from the District Court Shared Budget - Mediator account 0001-25000-0009-44-30-0000-626413 to Grant fund 2580-62090-9164-72-xx-xxxx-xxxxxx GT259F to satisfy the county's grant match through December 31, 2019.
