Department Action

The Information Technology department is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize renewal of the Cellular Antenna Maintenance Contract with IB Wireless. The antenna is installed at the Myers Park Show Barn to provide improve cellular service to the public utilizing park grounds.

The FY19 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request funded under account number 0001-10001-0001-41-30-0000-637503.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to RFP 2016-207, Cellular Antenna System for Myers Park Show Barn to renew the annual maintenance for the period February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020 in the amount of $2,000 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh
