Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the attached ILA providing the City of Lavon fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2019. Section 352.019(C) of the Texas Local Government Codes provides the ability to the Fire Marshal's Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Agreement 2019-151 between the City of Lavon and Collin County for Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services for Commercial Buildings and Subdivisions effective February 25, 2019 through September 30, 2019 and may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year terms as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. DC

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Lavon for fire inspections and fire plan review services. City of Lavon to pay Collin County $2,835.00 a year for the services provided by Collin County. Payments to the County will be made in advanced quarterly installments. Agreement effective through September 30, 2019.

Auditor's Office Action

Revenues included in the FY 2019 estimates.
