Attached you will find the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Anna concerning use of their water tower for our Public Safety antennas and Microwaves. The approval of the Court is requested for this ILA.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement with City of Anna for Use of the City's Water Tower for Public-Safety Radio and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

ILA with the City of Anna for the use of their water tower for Collin County's public safety antennas and microwaves.No cost for the ILA as long as the City of Anna uses the County simulcast cell and dispatch services. If the City of Anna stops utilizing those services the County will pay a fee up to $20,000 a year for the use of the tower. ILA in effect upon approval through September 30, 2036.
