Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of Renewal No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Lease Agreement between Collin County and the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission for and on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services. The lease is for 120 square foot of office space located at 2100 Bloomdale Road, McKinney, Texas. This renewal will be for a period of 60 months commencing November 1, 2019 and ending October 31, 2024 at the same terms and conditions. There is no charge for this lease.
