Department Action

The Engineering Department is currently updating the subdivision regulations. We plan on bringing a draft of the regulations to the court this summer for review. Staff needs direction on the future of the road acceptance policy in order to move forward with completion of this document.
Staff will be prepared to answer any questions the court may have regarding this policy but ask that the court act on the policy during this discussion.
Action: We request Commissioners court discuss and act on the future of the policy on accepting roads for county maintenance.
