To follow good record-keeping practice, we are submitting the attached $0 amendment to the design contract with Birkhoff, Hendricks and Carter for Frontier Pkwy. Changes have been made to the service road/detour on the north side of the bridge over the BNSF Railroad, which has resulted in adding some tasks and eliminating some tasks.
It is requested that this amendment be approved.
