The Information Technology department is requesting that Commissioners Court approve a change order to the Time Collection project. This change order is for three mounting brackets used with a hard wall mount for the new time collection devices. These brackets were not included in the initial proposal as the vendor assumed the devices would mount on standard drywall.
This project, budgeted under Project Code R06102 and approved on Court Order 2017-813-10-09, has project contingency funds available. The total change order is $225.00 to cover purchase of the additional hardware. |
