Public Works requests Commissioners' Court approval to utilize ILA's with Ellis and Denton Counties in accordance with Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code. This will enable PW to contract with Texas Bit to reclaim 635 ft. section and complete the connection from Stacy to Lucas.

Reqeust Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract 2019-223, through Dallas County contract 2018-057-6750 and through Ellis County contract 2016-013 for pavement rehability to Oldcastle Materials Texas, Inc. dba Texas Bit in the amount of $51,602.48. The term of the Dallas contract is 1/8/2019 - 1/7/2020, and the Ellis contract is 9/13/2018 - 9/12/2019. gz
