Department Action

The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was approved by court on May 16, 2016. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and entered into a 2-year warranty period on November 8, 2016.
The warranty period is complete. The roads have been inspected by both Engineering and Public works and all deficiencies have been corrected. If approved, the road will placed on the Public Works maintenance list. The Final Plat is attached to show the location of the road which is up for maintenance consideration.
We request Commissioner Court’s consideration of approval to accept Broken Spur Trail, within the Lone Star Ranch development for further county maintenance.
