Department Action

Respectfully requesting the transfer of funds in the amount of $1,614.00, available in the Maintenance and Operations account to the Training and Travel account. The additional funds are necessary to encumber the cost of attending the 2019 Annual Judicial Education Conference on September 3-6, 2019 for Judge Jay Bender. Approximately 75% of the costs of attending this conference will be reimbursed to the county by the First Administrative Region, but travel policy requires the funds to be present prior to travel.
