Consideration and approval of Amendment No. 9 to contract 07355-10 with Dr. James Shupe for psychological services for the Probate Court in the amount of $72,000. The request is to extend the contract effective October 1, 2019, through and including September 30, 2020, at the same terms and conditions. The fee for Dr. Shupe's services will not increase with this amendment.
