At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Softcode and Biometrics Maintenance. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is in addition to the base agreement for the core modules. The FY20 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The Softcode and Biometrics maintenance renewal is approximately $43,900.00.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY20 maintenance request.

Please note that the Odyssey Supervision maintenance quoted by Tyler is currently under review by the IT and purchasing departments. Should it be determined that the quoted line item is correct, and the county owes the payment to Tyler Technologies, IT will submit another agenda request.
