Department Action

For the upcoming 2020 fiscal year, I respectfully request the renewal of the professional service agreement with Collin County for Jerry Barnett, R. Ph.. The cost of Jerry Barnett’s service agreement is a budgeted expense that would not require any additional county funding. Jerry Barnett provides services as a pharmacist for Collin County Health Care Services (CCHCS). Because CCHCS maintains a Class D pharmacy, we are required to have a pharmacist perform various functions in order to meet our statutory requirements for our various clinics.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement for Pharmacist Services with Jerry Barnett, R. Ph., AGR 2017-249, to extend the term through August 31, 2020; futher authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the same. KG
