Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Environmental Services between Collin County and the City of Josephine commencing on October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020.

Payment is based on current population estimate of 1450 x $.80 per resident. The City of Josephine has requested that Collin County to provide Environmental Services within the city limits of Josephine.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of the Interlocal Environmental Services Agreement between Collin County and the City of Josephine, AGR 2019-372, for the period October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, to include five (5) additional one (1) year renewal periods; further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. slh
