We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services Agreement with the City of Lavon. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020, at a cost to the City of $3,150.00 for Animal Control Services and $3,100.00 for Animal Shelter Services.

No. 13 to Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services (Agreement No. 10107-09) with the City of Lavon to extend the contract for on (1) year through and including September 30, 2020, set the rate for FY2020, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Development Services.
