 Attached you will find FY 2020 Dispatch Agreement for City of Josephine Police Department for your approval.
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-390, between Collin County and City of Josephine for Dispatch Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2019 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2020. This agreement may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at the rates established and agreed upon by both parties. Payment shall be paid by the City of Josephine to the County on an annual basis. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS
