The District Clerk's office respectfully requests an amendment to the FY'20 District Clerk Fee Schedule to reflect the following fee:
State Traffic Fee via Transportation Code 542.4031(a), (f),(g), and (h)
HB2048 increases the $30.00 fee to $50.00, effective 09/01/19.
