The Collin County Information Technology department requests approval for the Tyler ND for the District Attorney’s Office. This ND allows IT to provide a copy of the DA Odyssey Attorney Manager data to Tyler in order to provide a demo of Socrata.

There is no cost for this demo.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Non-Disclosure Agreement (Contract 2020-081) with Socrata, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Tyler Technologies, Inc. in order to participate in a presentation only demonstration of the Socrata Software as a Service product and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh
