Commissioners Court approved the Funding Recommendations for the 2018 Parks/Open Space Bond, 1st Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on October 14, 2019 (CO# 2019-942-10-14).

We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa for the improvements to the Throckmorton Road Trail, ($75,000) bond project OI07PG104.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa for the Improvements to the Throckmorton Road Trail, bond project OI07PG104; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $75,000.00.

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $75,000 for the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Melissa for improvements to Throckmorton Road Trail. Funds to come from the 2007 Parks and Open Space Bond that was awarded as a part of the 2018 Parks and Open Space First Series Project Funding Assistance Program. 2007 Bond Fund (4013).
