Commissioners Court previously budgeted funds to acquire right-of-way for a portion of Segment 3 of the Collin County Outer Loop.

The property owners specified on the attached Commissioners Court Order have been offered compensation for their property. The offered amount is equal to or exceeds the fair market value of the property as appraised. These property owners have declined the County’s offer for compensation.

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s authorization to initiate condemnation proceedings to acquire the right-of-way needed for the parcels specified along this section of the Collin County Outer Loop.
