Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Contract Renewal No.1 (Contract No. 2018-286) for the ILA providing the City of Farmersville fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2020. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew the Interlocal Agreement for Fire Inspection and Plan Review Services with the City of Farmersville, Agreement 2018-286, at the same terms and conditions for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same.
