Department Action

In accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 59.06(d) and the Guide to Equitable Sharing for State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies, the Collin County District Attorney is submitting a budget amendment for the expenditure of forfeited funds for the District Attorney State Forfeiture Special Revenue Fund (Fund 1037) and the District Attorney Federal Justice Forfeiture Special Revenue Fund (Fund 1063).
The budget of expenditure for these two funds are outlined in the attached exhibits. The expenditures outlined in these two exhibits are specifically authorized by Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 59.06 and the Guide to Equitable Sharing for State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies.
