This is notification of establishing the budget amendment for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) / Hazards program FY 2020 in the amount of $11,997. This federal funding is provided through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The grant period is from July 01, 2017, through June 30, 2020. The grant award was accepted on HCF Resolution # 2019-2057-05-20.
