Department Action

Atmos Energy Corporation has an existing easement adjacent to and east of the BNSF Railroad on the west side of State Highway 289 south of Celina. Construction of a bridge for the Outer Loop across the railroad requires bridge supports that will be located within the exiting Atmos Easement.

Atmos has agreed to our construction of bridge supports within their easement in accordance with plans previously submitted to and approved by Atmos. Additionally, Atmos requires Commissioners Court’s approval and execution of the attached Encroachment Agreement.

Commissioners Court’s approval and execution of this Agreement is requested and we will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding this matter.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Collin County Toll Road Authority's consideration and any action regarding approval of an easement agreement between Atmos Energy Corporation and the Collin County Toll Road Authority concerning the construction of bridge supports for the Outer Loop within their easement in accordance with plans previously submitted to and approved by Atmos. Further authorize the Board President to execute same. MD
