Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the maintenance agreement for Proofpoint Email Archiving and Targeted Attack Defense. The award is to SHI as the lowest cost bidder. The FY20 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of the maintenance agreement is $147,657.60.
