I am requesting approval for an lnterlocal Agreement for Jail Services with the City of Princeton. This agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2019 and September 30, 2020.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. One (1) to the Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with City of Princeton, Agreement 2018-402, to renew and set the rate for FY2020 to be effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
