Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of Amendment No. 6 to the Lease Agreement between Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County for property located at 920 E. Park Blvd., Plano, TX to reduce the square footage of the lease by removing 5,007 square feet of space that the Tax Office occupied; leaving 20,437 square feet. Effective March 1, 2020 base rent will be $306,555.00 per year payable in monthly installments of $25,546.25 per month.

Further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD
