TO Budget and Auditor's Office: IF the court approves the Settlement Proposal, then the budget adjustment is necessary to be processed. Should the courts action be to not approve then we ask that the adjustment not be completed. The price for land acquisition could result in a different amount, along with the need for funds for legal expense if this requires eminent domain, or details of transaction completely change.
