I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Amendment #1 to the Ambulance Service Interlocal Agreement with City of Princeton for Collin County to provide EMS services through American Medical Response (AMR).

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. One (1) to the Interlocal Agreement for Ambulance Services with the City of Princeton, Contract 2019-093, to set the rate for FY2020 to be effective November 1, 2019 through October 31, 2020 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
