I request Commissioners Court accept the bid from Armstrong Forensic Laboratory “AFL” and award AFL the contract to conduct quantitative THC testing for seized cannabis samples pursuant to the District Attorney Forensic Evidence Testing Grant FY2020. AFL submitted the lowest bid and has the capacity to test the backlog of samples before the grant expires on August 31, 2020.
