Department Action

As part of the Interlocal Agreement (CO# 2018-445-06-11) with the Town of Prosper and City of Celina, the City of Cleina agreed to send the County $4,354,177 and $203,884 as part of their contribution for the project. The payment has been made by City. It is recommended that the Commissioners Court approve a budget increase due to the receipt of these funds.
