Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval to terminate the current lease agreement with Veterans Center of North Texas for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 155, Plano, TX. effective May 31, 2020 and approve the Lease Agreement between Collin County and Veterans Center of North Texas for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 170, Plano, TX for a period of three years beginning June 1, 2020 and ending May 31, 2023. This will increase VCONT lease space 882 square feet for a total of 1,450 square feet. Base rent will be $16.00 per square foot.

Base rent will be $16.00 per square foot. Further authorize the County Judge to execute same.

Park Blvd. Plano, TX effective May 31, 2020 and start a new lease for three years in Suite 170 beginning June 1, 2020. This increases the leased space to 1,450 square feet at a base rent of $16 per square foot for a total of $23,200 per year.
