Request Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation consideration and approval of Amendment No. 10 to the Lease Agreement between Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County WIC for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Plano, TX.  Amendment No. 10 will decrease the square footage of the lease to 3,934 sq. ft. effective June 1, 2020. Base rent will remain the same, $16.00 per square foot.

Request Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation's consideration and any action regarding approval of amendment No. 10 to the lease agreement between Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County WIC Program for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 165, Plano, Texas to decrease the square footage of the lease to 3,934 sq. ft. effective June 1, 2020 and extend the lease for a period of three (3) years beginning September 1, 2020 and continuing through and including August 31, 2023. Base rent will remain the same, $16.00 per square foot.  Further authorize the Board President to execute same. md
