Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of Lease Amendment No. 4 for Elections office and warehouse.

Effective February 29, 2020 the landlord changed to D.G. Portfolio I Property Owner, LP., a Delaware limited partnership.

Renewal period will be 60 months to November 30, 2025. Base rent will increase from $8.16 per square foot to $8.70 per square foot per month effective December 1, 2020 thru November 30, 2021 and then increase 3% per year over the previous year Base Rent.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding amendment No. 4 to AGR 01322-09, Lease, 2010 Blvd. (Elections Office and Warehouse) with DG Industrial Portfolio I Property Owner, L.P. to extend the renewal period 60 months to November 30, 2025. Base rent will increase from $8.16 per square foot to $8.70 per square foot per month effective December 1, 2020 thru November 30, 2021 and then increase 3% per year over the previous year Base Rent. Further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD
