Respectfully submit for approval the 2020 Lake Patrol contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to provide additional patrol of Lake Lavon. The total amount of reimbursed overtime costs not to exceed $50,571.56.

FY 2020 Increased Law Enforcement Services for Collin County Grant not to exceed $50,571.56 in federal funds to provide additional patrol services for Lake Lavon during the summer months. No county match required. Funding to cover salary and benefits and vehicle mileage. Grant Period is May 16, 2020 through September 12, 2020.

Auditor's Office Action

Grant award has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Grant is to provide additional patrol resources to the parks during the summer months. The SO has been providing this service for over 25 years. Federal funds not to exceed $ 50,571.56. Grant period is 5/16/2020 through 9/12/2020.
