Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval of an amendment to the existing June 19, 2019 Tyler Technologies Modria agreement to allow the addition of SMS text messaging functionality. This addition is intended to enhance ease of use and increase participation among litigants whose cases have been ordered to mediate online. This enhancement is offered as a no-cost addition to the existing user platform. Therefore, there will be no fiscal impact.
