Department Action

The Information Technology department requests Commissioners Court approve, and authorize the County Purchasing Agent to sign, the attached title transfer letter. The letter is to transfer the listed assets to Dell/EMC in consideration of the price discount included in the bid package awarded on agenda item 48110 for the Image Growth Project, Project Code BDM0605-0001-06019-0009-809004.

Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court's consideration and approval of an asset transfer and authorization for Purchasing Agent to execute the same. The NetApp devices to be transferred are being replaced by equipment purchased through 2020-205, Isilon Image Storage, awarded by Court Order 2020-216-03-16. MM
