DocuSign is a secure digital signature software and interface that allows documents to be signed digitally and remotely. We are escalating this request due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

This request includes unlimited usage for Elected Officials, Department Heads and staff. This covers any signatures required for our COVID-19 effort with our citizens who are patients. The proposal also includes support, implementation, consulting and integrations for one year.
