ILA Purchasing agreement between Denton County and Collin County

Purchasing Department Action

Commissioner's Court consideration and any action to enter into a joint Interlocal Agreement with Denton County as authorized by the Interlocal Cooperation Act, VTCA Government Code, Chapter 791, and further allow County Judge to execute same. This joint agreement will replace separate interlocal agreements previously awarded by Court Order No. 2007-159-02-27 and 2010-308-05-03. gz
