Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to RFP 2017-172, Janitorial Services with Oriental Building Services, Inc. to 1) execute renewal option three (3) of four (4) for an additional twelve (12) month term through September 30, 2021, 2) add temporary housekeeping services for COVID-19 sanitation activities, 3) add Force Majeure to Terms of Contract, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. Amendment No.1 to RFP 2017-172 Services, Janitorial with Oriental Building Services, Inc. Amendment to include contract renewal as well as the addition of temporary housekeeping sanitation services in response to COVID-19 through December 31, 2020. Total amount of $101,834.88 for COVID-19 sanitation services to be paid for by Cares funding. Budgeted funds available upon adoption of the FY 2021 for renewal. Renewal for one (1) year to include same terms, conditions and pricing set forth in the original award. Contract period is October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. Various Accounts - County Wide.
